Not only [did] my new home meet all but one of my boxes, it was done in the middle of the 2021-22 crazy market and just as the interest rate started raising. He showed me properties that met my budget, requisites and safety as well. When a property was in a high crime area, he would let me know for me to make my choice of seeing or not the property.
